Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are committed to offering the best range of products to our customers at the very best price. Our promise to you is that if you find the same product on offer at a lower price at one of our competitors, we’ll beat that price by 10%.

How to claim:

If you find an identical product at a lower price at one of our UK based competitors, we will match that price and then discount it by a further 10% when you buy, or we will refund the difference plus 10%. If you have already purchased the product in one of our stores, simply contact the store you bought it from.

If you've purchased from us online or, if you haven't yet purchased but you have found a better price with one of our competitors (either online or in one of their stores), you can either contact your local store or contact our customer services team on 0161 447 5503. In order for us to verify the price, simply provide details of the product, where the product is being advertised at a lower price and the price at which it is being offered for sale. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge and get you the best price possible!

Terms & Conditions

The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
Our Price Promise can be claimed against any competitor in the mainland UK, including UK websites but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
We must also have the product in question in stock.
Gift vouchers are exempt.
Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.
All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Select Scooters
We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
