Shipping policy

We have endeavoured to make your online shopping experience with us on our website as hassle free as possible, simply add items that you would like to purchase to your virtual shopping cart and when you have finished browsing our store, click the checkout button. This will take you to a payment page where you can enter your prefered payment method. We offer payment via credit/debit cards, Amazon pay, google pay or Paypal. you will then receive a confirmation email.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders that are over £40 and made before 11am will be sent out same-day and will take 1-2 working days to arrive at your door. Please check our shipping policy for more information.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your online purchase for any reason, we can refund or exchange your item. Shipping is at your expense unless you are exchanging a stunt scooter, get in contact with us, and we will provide you with a shipping label. 



If for any reason you are not happy with the stunt scooter you have purchased from our site, get in contact with us. We will provide a return shpping label and swap to a new scooter with no shipping charges either way. Please get in contact with us if this is you.

We believe it is important to stay competitive, if you find a product we sell cheaper elsewhere we will match it and add Hermes 1-2 shipping for free as a thank you for helping us remain competitive, please read the conditions of our price match promise below.

The goods must be identical in every way.The website that the match is to be made against must have the goods in stock. When comparing footwear or clothing the size must be in stock.The quoted price of the competitor must include shipping and tax charges.We are unable to match against websites outside of the UK, sites selling bankrupt stock or any 3rd party auction site such as Amazon or eBay.The price match offer is not a binding contract until payment has been completed, and Select Scooters reserve the right to refuse price matching at our discretion.We cannot price match sale items

The ideal height can vary depending on a childs preferneces but generally when the child is standing on the floor the bars should be wrist height, we do advise a couple extra inches above to allow for growth. Please check our buying guide fore more information.

In the unfortunate event whereby an item is faulty, please don't hesitate to send us an email at customersupport@selectscooters.co.uk detailing the issues you are having.

We will evaluate the issue and usually provide a solution within 24 working hours. If we can't talk you through an on the spot solution we will organise a free return and replacement or refund depending on your preferences.

If the item has been used, we can replace or repair an item but not provide refunds.

All the parts on the scooters we sell are interchangeable and replaceable allowing riders to customise to their individual tastes.
